The process of adjusting transformation of education to dynamics of civilization development requires from systems of education to respond to constant corrections from all the stakeholders, agents and processes to upgrade its elements and parameters, which can be facilitated by real-time feedbacks at all levels of systems. Studying quality education in the context of the goals that the mankind has been setting for its sustainable development helps realize the changes in the attributes of educational system and subsystem elements, given quality of education reflects a level of disorder providing objective data on interactions of system elements and their discord with normative goals forecast for certain educational systems. The paper analyzes hybrid education as a form of education which is being determined by transformation of educational systems under applying ICTs for educational processes and by external factors connected with determining sustainable development and with hybridization of environment, which requires new instruments for quality assessment that are currently being under development

The categories "legal tradition" and "anomaly of the legal sphere" in the context of regulation of innovations of modern society

The relevance of the article is due to ignorance of legal traditions and lack of sufficient theoretical and practical basis for legal inheritance make it impossible to complete the formation of a coherent and stable legal system since it is based not so much on borrowing but on one's own legal experience as is built on centuries-old legal traditions as well as modern achievements of legal realities.  The object of the study is public relations that cannot be settled through standard means of regulation. The article deals with the categories "legal tradition" and "anomaly of the legal sphere". The method of comparison, the dialectical method, the logical method, the method of analysis and the method of synthesis, the method of deduction in the writing of this scientific work were used. As a result of the study, the authors made the following conclusions. To normalize the anomalies of the legal sphere and accelerate their adaptation in the legal field, the legislative nature of such an anomaly should first of all be determined, as well as to fill the gaps in its legal regulation, which will result in a reduction of conflict situations, respect for human rights and interests, further formation of a new legal tradition and an increase in legal heritage

Collaborative learning is meant to benefit agents of education due to the fact that it could sharpen skills in collaboration (remote collaboration) as a process of cooperation to accomplish objectives by combining mutual efforts in the dialogue and interaction to eventually get results for all the participants of the process. The paper analyzes the essence of collaborative learning, theoretical perspectives on collaboration in educational process and CL benefits. The study examines collaborative learning classroom. The discussion focuses on challenges and opportunities in collaborative learning

Global metabolomic profiling of uterine leiomyomas

    Get PDF
Background: Uterine leiomyomas can be classified into molecularly distinct subtypes according to their genetic triggers: MED12 mutations, HMGA2 upregulation, or inactivation of FH. The aim of this study was to identify metabolites and metabolic pathways that are dysregulated in different subtypes of leiomyomas. Methods: We performed global metabolomic profiling of 25 uterine leiomyomas and 17 corresponding myometrium specimens using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectroscopy. Results: A total of 641 metabolites were detected. All leiomyomas displayed reduced homocarnosine and haeme metabolite levels. We identified a clearly distinct metabolomic profile for leiomyomas of the FH subtype, characterised by metabolic alterations in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and pentose phosphate pathways, and increased levels of multiple lipids and amino acids. Several metabolites were uniquely elevated in leiomyomas of the FH subtype, including N6-succinyladenosine and argininosuccinate, serving as potential biomarkers for FH deficiency. In contrast, leiomyomas of the MED12 subtype displayed reduced levels of vitamin A, multiple membrane lipids and amino acids, and dysregulation of vitamin C metabolism, a finding which was also compatible with gene expression data. Conclusions: The study reveals the metabolomic heterogeneity of leiomyomas and provides the requisite framework for strategies designed to target metabolic alterations promoting the growth of these prevalent tumours.Peer reviewe

This article presents the developed ecomontoring system. In this article you will find the concept of the developed ecomontoring system and its prototype. The problem was posed by the lack of effective environmental monitoring systems. The development of the concept and structure was made taking into account modern technologies and the fast pace of their development. In the process of working on the project, it has been investigated factors that have an adverse effect on the environment, such as the air condition, it has been made a model of an intelligent system for monitoring the state of the environment with the use of cloud technologies, the Internet of things, measuring robotic systems for the collection / control / analysis of climatic parameters, such as temperature, relative humidity and the level of carbon dioxide in the air. Software is developed and modularity and adaptability of the system is provided. The effectiveness of developed ecomontoring system is verified through the use of mathematical method and making experiments on each component of the system.
